1. please check if you entered a correct country code
2. In some cases the entered country code doesn't correspond with PrestaShops based country codes. Please have a look at the list countries and compare the code with your error code.
3. eventually, UPS doesn't support the shipment to your desired country. In this case, please contact your UPS contact person.
